I don't know about you, but if I lived anywhere in the state of Florida I'd be leaving about now. Tennessee would be looking pretty good at this point.

In Rockledge, about 45 miles southeast of Orlando, Brevard County told at least 50,000 residents to start evacuating mobile homes and barrier islands Thursday afternoon. In Stuart about 85 miles south, Martin County planned to urge up to 7,500 residents to evacuate low-lying areas starting at noon Thursday. More evacuation orders along Florida's east coast were likely.

So far each significant land mass it has encountered it has been pushed slightly to the north (other than smaller islands) so I think once it hits Florida it will get deflected north-northeast more than the current tracking projections. Regardless it's going to be one wet and nasty weekend down here. Jumper and I had planned on lunch and then dinner and go to the beach this evening. He was still at the airport at 10am this morning waiting for the last available seat he was supposed to be on at 9:30. I hope he has a safe flight back.
Based on the size of this monster it looks like it could even give you a soaking up there in Ohio by mid week next week.
